Artifacts are found items that can be donated to the [[museum]] or sold.

They're not used for either [[crafting]] or requested for [[villager]] quests. Donating to the [[museum]] will give the player rewards when donated milestone numbers are reached ([[minerals]] can also be donated. A donation can only be made once for each item.
They can be found by using the hoe on areas of the ground with 'dancing sticks'. These marked areas will reward different artifacts depending on their location. Some artifacts also can be found in [[fishing]] treasure chests.
