Moved forge prismatic shard note to "Bugs" section; this seems to have been reported as a 1.6 bug on the forums. Very unclear what causes this though - tried my best to summarize what they said there.

*Prismatic Shards can be infinitely collected from the chest at the top of the [[Volcano Dungeon]]. The chest will disappear when the player clicks on it during the item acquisition animation, and it will reappear (with a new Prismatic Shard) when the player re-enters the floor.
