This will prevent fish that only spawn during rainy weather to spawn, as the weather still counts as snowy.
Using the Rain Totem will never cause a storm, it will only cause rain. However, if used on a stormy day, the next day will also be stormy instead of rainy. Storms can be chained this way until the next [[Festivals|Festival]] or till the 1st of any season. This is an easy way to farm a lot of [[Battery Pack]]s.
