Tackle is can be attached to fishing rods to make it easier to catch fish. Many lure recipes unlock as the player's fishing skill increases.
You must have an Iridium Rod to equip tackle. An Iridium Rod allows both tackle and bait to be used simultaneously.
Tackles have a durability-bar, which decreases on use.
