Unlike [[Wine]] and[[Juice]] however, the value of the Mead is '''not''' affected by the Honey's type, having a fixed priced of 200 (which only aging and Artisan can increace), which is in fact lower than almost every "flowered", honey. It is best to produce mead only from Wild Honey (such occasion typically presents itself when the season only just begun and the flower has yet to bloom) since Mead does indeed have a better selling value than Wild Honey.
In Summer, the available Flowers, the [[Tulip]] and the [[Blue Jazz]] produce Honey of lower or the same value as Mead (160 and 200 respectively) but it is still recommended to stick to Blue Jazz since producing Mead takes up a Keg, which could instead be used to create other products.
Another strategy is to stockpile all the Wild Honey one gathers during the first three seasons and then turn it all into Mead in [[Winter]], since it is more likely that the player will have fewer to no crops to use at a Keg by that time.
