So there are two things: 1) In the intro, add "used to make ''drinkable'' Artisan Goods" -- this may be overly specific, but I feel like it does provide more detail than "artisan goods," while avoiding the problem of "fermentable" which as you point out gets needlessly confusing. 2) Regarding the trivia, I think it I would reword it to "The Keg always produces fruit wines, and can never produce fruit juices. This is despite fruit juices being more common in real life." It's entirely possible that the trivia better belongs on another page, such as the [[Juice]] page itself (eg "Fruit juices do not exist in game. Any fruit placed in a Keg will become fruit wine instead of fruit juice."). But I'll wait and have a think about it to gather information before deciding how to proceed.
