The Bouncer guards the entrance to the Casino, located at the back of Oasis, preventing access until the completion of the The Mysterious Qi quest.
Attempting to bypass the bouncer will teleport the player back in front of the bouncer as he lays down a Mega Bomb, which will damage the player.
Notes
Prior to v1.04 it was possible to glitch past the Bouncer by continuously running at him, allowing premature access to the Casino.
