Buff duration varies for each food and drink (see [[#Recipes|table below]])<ref name="processtime"/>, but is the same for all buff effects of a given food or drink, except [[Squid Ink Ravioli]]. Using [[#Qi Seasoning|Qi Seasoning]] increases the duration by 50%.

* Mobile only: Eating a food that gives a buff and then pressing the ‘[[Mobile Saves|Swap to previous save]]’ button will carry the buffs to the previous save. This can be used to eat difficult to craft/find food without losing it.
