Number of Harvests

Assuming planting day 1 of summer, using Deluxe Speed-Gro fertilizer will give you an extra harvest per year.

No growth fertilizer - 10 harvests

Growth rate = 14 days

42 days for harvest / 4 days between harvest = 10.5 harvests

Speed-Gro - 10 harvests

Growth rate = 12.6

43.4 days for harvest / 4 days between harvest = 10.85 harvests

Deluxe Speed-Gro - 11 harvests

Growth rate = 10.5 days (basically 11 days to grow)

45 days for harvest / 4 days between harvest = 11.25 harvests

Multi-Seasonal Crop

Corn may be planted in both Summer and Fall. There is no difference in its behavior in either season.

If a Corn plant (of any growth stage) is in the ground on the 28th of Summer, it will continue growing on the 1st of Fall as though nothing had changed. Fertilizer in the ground underneath a Corn plant on Summer 28 will not disappear on Fall 1.

Bundles

It is used in the Fall Crops Bundle in the Pantry and is one of the options for the Quality Crops Bundle in the Pantry.

Quests

• Corn may be randomly requested in Fall at the "Help Wanted" board outside Pierre's General Store for a reward of data-sort-value="150">150g and 150 Friendship points.

Bugs

• Occasionally, some stalks of corn may survive to the first day of winter. The corn dies soon after.
