It is more profitable to use Quality [[Fertilizer]] than Deluxe Speed-Gro, since Speed-Gro fertilizers do not decrease the time between harvests. Cranberries' growth rate from Deluxe Speed-Gro (~0.25%) will drop from 7 to 5.25 days, but the amount of yields per season after that point is still 4.
