Changes

[[Energy]] is consumed by using tools, fishing, combat or eating negative energy food. It can be replenished by a variety of [[consumables]] food and by visiting the [[Spa]].

To consume food, put it on hot key and right-click while not being in the inventory screen. Bottom left notifications will display energy and health gained by eating that food.
