Explosive Ammo is an explosive; it is a one-time use item. It damages anything within its explosion radius, but unlike other bombs, it must be shot with a Slingshot.
The Explosive Ammo crafting recipe is unlocked at Combat Level 8. It is also sold by the Adventurer's Guild (100 gold / ammo) if you have Slingshot or Master Slingshot with you.
