Right-clicking on some furniture while selected will rotate it.  Other furniture will be placed by right-clicking while selected.  Some furniture can be easily picked up and moved by left-clicking; other furniture requires the player to use a [[Tools|tool]] or to hold left-click to remove it once it is placed. On the Nintendo Switch use the A button to rotate furniture.
