The first reading grants the player the power to obtain [[Roe]] from fishing treasure chests (25% chance). Once read, it can be found in [[The Player|the player's]] menu on the [[Special Items & Powers]] tab. Reading additional copies gives the player 100 [[Fishing]] [[Skills|XP]] each.
