Changes

The cost of seeds, [[Grass Starter]], [[Sugar]], [[Wheat Flour]], and [[Rice]] at JojaMart are higher than at [[Pierre's General Store]], with one exception:  [[Sunflower Seeds]] are {{price|125}} at JojaMart, and {{price|200}} at Pierre's.  After the player purchases a Joja membership, prices are the same as at Pierre's (with the exception of Sunflower Seeds, which sell for {{price|100}} at Joja).
