Will also be shown as a 4th icon on the left, on top of the other 3.  This upgrade is only available in [[#Hard Mode|hard mode]].  Picking up the shotgun power-up will not increase the bullet spread, but it will decrease the fire-rate while the shotgun power-up is active.
