It is based on the weapon of the same name in Terraria. When enemies are slain with it (or a weapon forged to have its appearance), they will explode into rainbow sparkles.

 

The Far Away Stone is obtained by right-clicking next to the lava pool with the Ancient Doll on hand, either in level 100 of the [[Mines]] or in the [[Volcano Caldera]].

 

After obtaining the Meowmere, players will not be able to obtain another. If the Meowmere is lost or sold, it cannot be recovered.
