The Mutant Carp is a fish that can be found in the Sewers during all seasons.
It is also known as one of the five Legendary Fish. You can only catch it once per save file. A strategy to catch is stay in the middle and not move. Until he begins staying somewhere else (such as the bottom or top.) stay there. as he will move up and down continuously to shake you off.
