In v1.1, the first time you fulfill a ''Slay Monsters'' quest, the Journal will report (as normal) that you should talk to Lewis. However, it will not display the count as it normally does in that display, and when you go to see Lewis, he will apparently be unaware of the quest's fulfillment. You will receive no reward. The second (and successive) times you fulfill such a quest, the game works fine.
