A Recycling Machine is crafted with 25 Wood, 25 Stone and 1 Iron Bar. It is used to turn Trash collected from Fishing into useful items. It can only be crafted after achieving a fishing level of 4.
It is the reward for completing the 
Field Research Bundle on the Bulletin Board.
All items take 1 hour to process.
