:: "No more balance changes" is a literally impossible goal and not followed anywhere else on the wiki (i.e. every other 1.6 change is documented without contest), but I've made the other changes. What is your threshold for "no more balance changes", and why does it only apply to this page? Will this page not be editable in future?
