According to my tests, I couldn't trigger either of them. I also searched for the keywords in [[Version History]] and couldn't find a record of them being fixed, either.

:Yep, those things don't happen in v1.5, I just tested. I did test the torch glow when it was added to the page, but not since then. (So, version 1.3 maybe?)
:It's ok to remove them from the page, and not add anything to the "History" section. They were minor events that didn't really affect gameplay that much, and we have no idea which version changed them. When reading [[Version History]], it could have been v1.4 or v1.5.
:Alternatively, if you wish, you could add an entry to "History" explaining the bugs, and say they were fixed in an unknown version, either v1.4 or v1.5.
