For now I'm just privately noting what's happened in my personal, new run that is not yet on the item's notes. But there's a lot of details to parse out from the update so I imagine I'm not alone. - It seems you've already put them on the individual pages, so you've answered your own question. Be careful, though, not to claim something that ConcernedApe hasn't confirmed.
