→Standardize hotfix format in version history: dates

:::::: I've updated [[:Template:MainLinks]] to the current version as of Jan. 18, so I've removed the "last hotfixed" sentence from [[Version History]]. Anyone who would like to add hotfix dates to the intro paragraphs for all versions is totally free to do so, I would not mind at all! ::::::: I added a sentence to each version that has a hotfix box to indicate the dates. I did not include a leading zero for the day (if less than 10), then noticed that some dates do have a leading zero and others do not. One date is Month DD, YYYY instead of DD Month YYYY.
