Buying a Membership at JojaMart from [[Morris]] causes the Community center to be destroyed and replaced with a [[Joja Warehouse]]. The player can then buy the town refurbishments through JojaMart, rather than through completing bundles in the community center. The [[Joja Community Development Form]] allows players to do so. It should be noted that this alternate branch in gameplay encourages a very different, money-driven playstyle than the exploration one offered through improving the [[Community Center]]; rather than requiring a variety of items from different seasons to complete bundles, large sums of cash in the 15k-45k range are paid upfront for improvements. There is a greater emphasis on the growing of cash crops to progress, which can be easier for players who have a good grasp of how to earn money. Upgrading this way does not grant bonus rewards that individual bundles in the community center provide, although nothing unique is missed since all item rewards from bundles are craftable.
