When placed, Junimos will come out of the hut every morning to gather harvestable crops in the area around it.  They will collect flowers, plants requiring a scythe ([[Wheat]], [[Kale]], and [[Amaranth]]), and crops physically unreachable to the player because they're blocked by trellises ([[Green Bean]]s, [[Hops]], and [[Grape]]s), but they will not collect crops grown from [[Crops#Wild_Seeds|Wild Seeds]].

If the entrance to the hut is obstructed, the Junimos may be able to collect crops.  Players will not be able to plant seeds on a tile if a Junimo is standing on it.
