Multiple Items Processed before Removing?

Hello! I was wondering if the hopper can create multiple items before you have to collect. For example, could you load iridium and coal into a hopper and then have it make a lot of iridium bars before you have to collect, or does it make one and then you collect and then it makes another and so on. Hi! You have to collect the processed item so the next item can be loaded in the machine and processed (so, the second behaviour you describe). The wording of the page may be clarified about this.

PS: You should sign your post on talk page, adding ~~~~ at the end of your message (or using the signature button at the top of the textedition box to insert those for you), and introduce a new topic using a level 2 header like I did. ;-)
