Purchase Schedule

I'm puzzled. Six weeks ago I encountered a purchasing limit that I entered into the article. Today, it's different. Either I overlooked something then, or something changed, or I encountered an anomaly. The first time, I had just bought the first two chests; not so now. But I think the article is correct now.
