Dupe items in drop table?

What is the purpose of the doubled items in the drop table? I assume one of them is the chance for one to be dropped, and the other is a chance for a second to be dropped. If so, may be nice to have details on that explained on pages like this. If that's not it, then what're they there for? User:WhatAboutDustbunny (talk) 01:45, 13 March 2023

I've been thinking about this as well, since I've seen this on other drops too; the shortest way to phrase it would probably be Void Essence (99% or 15%), and it would fit in the space we have. It doesn't really explain what the numbers are for, though, so potentially something like Void Essence (99% first, 15% second)? The second might not fit well in the space, though.
