The Cave Carrot is found via foraging in The Mines. It can also be found in Garbage Cans. Large quantities can be easily obtained by digging underground patches of dirt in The Mines (on levels 10-20) with the Hoe.

It is used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create the Green Belted Shirt.

- The Cave Carrot may be randomly requested during any season at the "Help Wanted" board outside Pierre's General Store for a reward of 75g and 150 Friendship points.
- Cave Carrot is used for some Fish Pond quests.
