The Rusty Spoon is an Artifact that can be found by digging up an Artifact Spot in Pelican Town or on The Farm, or from Fishing Treasure Chests or Artifact Troves. It can also be found by tilling soil in the Mines or Skull Cavern.
There is a base chance of 5% to find one in an artifact spot in Pelican Town, plus an extra secondary chance if the base chance fails.
