Old Sell Price

In this page, it explains how to obtain Lucky Rings, as a Special Item in the Skull Caverns, or through Panning, which is affected by Daily Luck and Luck Buffs. What I'm talking about here is the Sell Price. This Ring used to sell for 200g, instead of 100g. When was the version that changed the Sell Price of this Ring?
