Undo revision 169542 by User314159 (talk): this animation specifically checks the shared daily luck. It does not trigger when getting e.g. +0.115 daily luck because of the charm. Every other animation checks the charm-modified luck value instead. feel free to reword this, but there is a difference here.

Undo revision 153378 by 9000 (talk). The game code only specifies <-0.07 or >0.07. Even if daily luck was somehow outside of -0.1 to 0.1, it would still fall in these categories, so this edit was technically less accurate than before.

@Margotbean, I suggest keeping in this part of the note, which has no opinion whatsoever, and without it, the Luck page is completely uninformative, as the Luck numbers have no meaning to a reader without a calculation.
