:I agree. It used to be a secret before 1.3.27 when secret notes didn't exist since the game didn't give any hint or clue anywhere that this item existed or how to get it. After the introduction of secret notes it's just a normal game reward for completing a secret note, such as Stone Junimo and Gold Lewis statue.
