The Egg Festival takes place on the 13th of every [[Spring]]. You can enter the festival at [[Pelican Town]] Square between 9:00AM and 2:00PM. When you leave the time will be 10:00PM.

The villagers and the player participate in an Egg Hunt. This starts by talking to Mayor [[Lewis]]. The player must gather 9 colored eggs, or else [[Abigail]] will win. If the player wins, they will receive a [[Straw Hat]] as a reward. If they already have this, they will receive {{Price|1000}}.

There is a booth set up where the player can purchase a decorative [[Plush Bunny]] and {{ItemLink|Strawberry Seeds}} (in the first year, you will be able to harvest {{ItemLink|strawberry|strawberries}} two times before Summer).
