If you lie she will tell you how much effort she has put into the dish, and that she has decided to name it after you. She then asks if you want to watch a movie, after which the cutscene ends. The other 2 options result in her commenting that the recipe was a failure, but Penny will still invite you to watch the movie after the "unique" response.
