Entering the Trailer at a certain time (I believe it was later in the day around 6-7PM) triggers a cutscene of Penny complaining how messy the place is, and asking if you'd be willing to help her clean the place up. All goes well until Pam returns and gets into an argument with Penny. Pam eventually asks you to leave, and they continue their discussion for a short while before the scene ends.
