After reaching certain progresses on the Community Center Bundles, cutscenes cantering Willy's boat can be triggered. for more information, see [[Fish_Shop#Willy's_Boat|Willy's Boat]].
After completing three bundles, entering [[Fish Shop]] will trigger a cutscene, even when [[Willy]] is not there. In the cutscene he will chat with the player about how they're doing on fishing, and finally hint on the fact that if the Community Center gets restored, he will show them "something".
