The Golden Scythe is a tool obtained in the Quarry Mine. After unlocking the Quarry, the entrance to Quarry Mine can be found north of the repaired bridge, on the quarry side. Inside is a single extended floor trailing far back into the cave. At the end of the mine is a robed skeleton or Grim Reaper looking statue holding the Golden Scythe. Interacting with him will give you the scythe.
Note that interacting with the statue after taking the Golden Scythe will teleport the player back to the entrance to the Quarry Mine.
The Golden Scythe has a radius of 2 tiles more than the standard Scythe, and it inflicts more damage when used as a weapon. It functions the same as the standard Scythe in all other respects.
If the Golden Scythe is lost, it cannot be replaced. Template:Review
If used to harvest hay from grass, it will give more hay than the regular scythe would.
