Winter and Qi beans

Do Junimos collect Qi beans? I try to find out this since a long time but I didn't get this one Quest with Qi beans once after so many (InGame) years!!! I completed every Quest at least 20 times but this one never appears! If they don't harvest them, the Note "Junimos don't harvest crops in winter" could be removed because there are only wild seeds or Qi beans in winter...
