The Training Rod does not allow the use of Bait or Tackle.

The Training Rod can only catch fish with a difficulty lower than 50: Seaweed, Green Algae, White Algae, Carp, Herring, Smallmouth Bass, Anchovy, Sardine, Sunfish, Bream, Perch, Chub, Red Snapper, Sea Cucumber, Rainbow Trout, Walleye, Shad, Bullhead
