I found the bear in the south-east area of the forest on spring 15. I gave him some food and forageables (horseradish, smallmouth bass, vegetable stew and miners treat) and then I had a cutscene where he cleared up all the trash. I couldn’t find anything about this on the wiki and I thought I’d say something.
