The '''Joja Community Development Form''' is the [[JojaMart]] equivalent to the [[Community Center]] [[Bundles]]. It can be accessed by talking to [[Morris]] inside JojaMart after paying {{Price|5000}} for a JojaMart membership and turning the Community Center into a [[Joja Warehouse]]. The prices for the upgrades are the equivalent to the price of all the items in the bundle that unlocks that reward (e.g. if you sell the items in the crafts room, it will give you the equivalent to what that reward costs on the Joja Community Development Form).
After each purchase, Morris and his JojaMart crew will complete the project after the player goes to sleep. Only one development may be purchased per day, even if the player has the funds for all five at once.
