::::Now that I think about it, probably listing any number would be misleading, because adding bait or putting the rod in bubbles would divide all the numbers by a certain amount (bait reduces max/min times by 2, so the actual effect of the tackles is decreased by a factor of 2). In addition, even if the bonus is per cast, if someone misses the first bite they would have to wait for the second one, which definitely doesn't have a penalty.
