I have a '''Forest Farm''', and I have been able to catch Midnight Carp there at both the rightmost (eastmost) small pool and the main middle pond starting after 10:00PM (until midnight) during Fall. I have yet to see if they can be caught there during any other seasons though. This was a really nice surprise——albeit one that came a little too late lol——since I had just finished a quest for several of these.
