Note that regular chicken [[egg]]s always produce normal quality [[Mayonnaise]] and [[Large Egg]]s produce gold quality mayonnaise.  [[Duck Mayonnaise]] and [[Void Mayonnaise]] are always normal quality.  The quality of the egg is not a factor.
