Time passes differently on [[The Farm]] than inside farm buildings during festivals.  This is most noticeable if the player has a shed/coop/barn full of [[Keg]]s or [[Preserves Jar]]s, with one left outside to indicate when processing is done.  The keg or preserves jar outside the building will advance processing time more quickly than those inside the building.
