This bear is located at the bottom of [https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Cindersap_Forest Cindersap Forest], by the [https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Spring_Onion Spring Onion]s patch and the alternative entrance to [https://stardewvalleywiki.com/The_Sewers The Sewers] after year 3.  He has a small raccoon-like tail and a rotund body, along with a pan-pipe.  If you give him certain fish, forageables, and cooked foods, he will play his pan-pipes and clean up the trash by the unreachable shore down below, and renovate [https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Dusty Alex's dog]'s pen.  Trash bear will then leave.
