Not all processing of animal products results in a price gain. The table below shows the percentage gained for animal products processed in the appropriate Equipment. Gains less than 100%, which are losses, are highlighted.

A note about Mayonnaise and Cheese Mayonnaise from regular eggs (white or brown), as opposed to Duck Egg or Void Egg, has a Quality based on the size of the Egg rather than the quality of the Egg. Regular sized Egg produces regular Quality Mayonnaise while Large Egg produces Gold quality Mayonnaise.

There is only a single, regular, quality for both Duck Mayonnaise and Void Mayonnaise

The same is true for Cheese, a regular sized Milk produces regular quality Cheese while a Large Milk will produce a gold quality Cheese. Goat Milk and Large Goat Milk have the same relation with Goat Cheese.

Cheese and Goat Cheese may be placed in a Cask for a time to increase its quality.
