To use, insert any fish into the machine. It will then produce from 5 to 10 "[insert fish name here] Bait," which will increase the chance to catch that fish when attached. The bait maker accepts [[Fish#Legendary Fish|Legendary Fish]], which turns them into their respective bait, however this does not mean that it is possible to catch multiple of them.
